Assembler

Location: Eastleigh
Department: Production / Manufacturing

Responsible for maintaining output and quality levels across designated production lines, as well as ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the assigned work area.

• Assemble conventional PCBs and mechanical components to specification

• Accurately identify and handle a wide range of electronic components

• Perform potting and sealing of components and assemblies

• Apply conformal coating as required

• Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards

• Communicate effectively and contribute positively within the production team

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct

• Carry out tasks as instructed by Production Manager or Supervisors

• Ability to interpret and follow work instructions, route cards, and technical drawings

• Flexible, motivated, and well-organised

• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification (preferred)

• Experience in hand soldering

• Familiarity with basic product testing procedures

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate available after an initial qualification period.

Hours (37.5 per week) 7.30am - 4pm (Monday to Thursday) and 7.30am - 1pm (Friday)

Pay: £12.40 per hour
