Salary: £12.81 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Contract Type: Temp to perm

Overview:

We're currently seeking an Assembly Operative to join our client in Spilsby, with a focus on assembly operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with a solid work ethic and a background in manufacturing or production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical assembly tasks in line with work instructions and technical drawings
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components
Follow assembly drawings accurately
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets
Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of assembly
Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Desirable Experience:

Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role
Familiarity with extrusion processes or working with extruders (advantageous but not essential)
Ability to interpret technical assembly drawings
Confident using basic hand and power tools
