What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience in statutory children's social care, covering both assessment and long-term case management.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation (e.g., Children Act 1989) and proven ability to undertake comprehensive assessments, formulate robust care plans, and manage risk effectively.
A compassionate and child-centred approach, with excellent communication skills to engage with children, families, and partner agencies through all stages of intervention.
