Job Title: Asset Management Paralegal

Location: City of London

Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

About the company: A top US law firm

Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Asset Management team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with scope for extension.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring, tracking, collating and coordinating KYC documentation.
• Company searches, reviewing search results and preparing corporate formalities documents.
• Preparing and co-ordinating the collection of signature pages.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous funds experience within a City law firm and will have ideally passed the LPC/SQE.
