Asset Transformation Surveyor

Contract: 6 months

Location Birmingham

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Transformation Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role involves managing key retail and office assets, overseeing the ground lease portfolio, and driving disposals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maximising income from our assets and addressing a significant backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Management: Oversee and manage key retail and office assets, ensuring optimal performance and value.
• Ground Lease Portfolio: Manage the ground lease portfolio, ensuring compliance and maximising returns.
• Disposals: Lead the disposal process of assets, ensuring strategic and profitable outcomes.
• Income Maximisation: Develop and implement strategies to maximise income from the asset portfolio.
• Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals: Address and overcome a major backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  
  Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience in asset management, particularly in the retail and office sectors.
• Strong background in disposals and ground lease management.
• Demonstrated ability to maximise income from assets.
• Experience in handling rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS).
