Assistant Accountant

CMA recruitment is currently supporting our local Bournemouth, Dorset client who is requiring some short term support to cover holiday cover within the finance team.  As Assistant Accountant you will be supporting in a wide range of of financial tasks.  Initially required for a 3-4 week period there is an opportunity for this role to be extended.

What will the Assistant Accountant  role involve?

• Processing and raising of invoices.
• Bookkeeping and reconciliation of all bank accounts.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Journal posting.

Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Accountant  vacancy:

• Immediately available to start.
• Highly desirable to have xero accountancy knowledge.
• Confident excel skills.
• Confident communicator, liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email.

• Up to £14.50 per hour hourly rate.
