Description

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Processing invoices and expense forms
• Maintaining the petty cash system
• Performing credit control duties
• Assisting with budget preparation
• Ensuring financial records are kept up to date
• Exposure to Payroll.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• Experience in a similar role previously
• Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software. SAGE preferred but not essential.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
