Assistant Accountant

Reed Accountancy are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our returning client for a temporary opportunity. Working in a team of two and reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the below duties;

• Processing Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices
• Salesforce (CRM) review and update
• Reply to various CRMs requests
• Credit card reconciliations
• Paying suppliers
• Debt collection
• Supporting the Finance Manager with daily and weekly tasks
• Handling queries from suppliers and customers
• Processing monthly journals into D365
• Maintaining the fixed assets register
• Running bank reconciliations

This role is best suited to a candidate with strong Excel skills including the use of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Knowledge of SAP or Dynamics would be advantageous but not essential.

Working hours are 35 hours per week with a hybrid model of minimum 2 days in the office.
