Your new role
As an Assistant Accountant, you will support theSenior Management Accountant. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and managing service charge accounts.
• Budgeting and forecasting for property-related expenses.
• Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Assisting with financial reporting and audits.
• Collaborating with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial compliance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Accountant within the Housing sector.
• Strong understanding of service charge accounting.
• Experience with property management accounting software.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable.
