Assistant Accountant - TEMP TO PERM

Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with a Hartlepool-based client on a newly created, temp-to-perm position! Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join a dynamic team at a well-established manufacturing site in Hartlepool.

• Invoice Runs
• Producing Export Invoices
• Producing Credit Notes
• Bank Reconciliation
• Cashbook postings
• Assistance with quarterly VAT Return
• Assistance with PPT calculations and return
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Journal Preparation and Posting
• Support for Annual Audit
• Cashflow Forecasting
• Capex Tracking
• Intercompany Recharges
• Manage day-to-day AP and AR queries

This role is best suited for someone with previous experience working in a similar all-rounded finance role, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems are essential. You must also be available to start working immediately.
