Assistant Financial Accountant

Morgan McKinley is looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant to work for a great company based in the Frimley, Surrey area. This is a super hybrid, Assistant Accounting temp role to start ASAP. The Assistant Financial Accountant will be supporting the Financial Accountant with expenses, financial reporting, tax returns, reconciliations, audit compliance etc.

Location: Flexible hybrid working -1 day a week office based

Duration: Temp - 2-3 months

Assistant Financial Accountant duties:

• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting the manager with audits, preparing annual reports and accounts
• Expenses
• Financial reporting - checking of data
• Posting journals

Skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a similar financial accounting, finance assistant - assistant accountant type role
• Good IT - excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
