Description

• Assist with tenancy management, including handling tenant queries and maintaining accurate records.
• Support the allocation and letting of properties in line with organisational policies.
• Coordinate property inspections and report maintenance issues to the relevant teams.
• Help in monitoring rent accounts and addressing arrears in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and organisational standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service to tenants.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Assistant Housing Officer should have:
