Assistant Management Accountant

Michael Page is working with a dynamic business based in Bournemouth who is recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their accountancy team on a maternity cover contract. This is a hybrid role and reports to the Financial Controller, working within a team of 4.

Client Details

Our client is based in central Bournemouth with excellent public transport links and free on site parking. Due to a maternity absence, they require cover during this time.

Description

As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the monthly production of management accounts
• P&L
• Budgeting, forecasting
• Journal entries, accruals & prepayments
• Dealing with queries
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Any other adhoc duties as required

Profile

In order to be considered for the Assistant Management Accountant role, you will be able to do most, if not all, of the above.
