We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join a thriving finance team in Chippenham on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be instrumental in producing accurate and timely Management Accounts and supporting balance sheet reconciliations. This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring two days per week onsite.

• Preparing monthly management Accounts
• Undertaking detailed variance analysis and communicating this to stakeholders
• Balance sheet reconciliations and query resolution.
• Managing the Budget/Forecast process
• Analysing spend categories and providing insights.

• Proven experience in a similar Assistant Management Accountant role.
• Demonstrated ability to complete monthly Management Accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
