Are you an Assistant Manager or similar, from a Hotel or Student Accommodation background, looking for a 12 month Fixed Term contract where you will receive full training internally in an award winning and innovative Build to Rent business that pride themselves in the delivery of luxury living?

On offer is the opportunity to break into a rapidly growing industry, the future of residential property, where you will be joining a close knit but motivated team whilst receiving a generous renumeration package and flexible working hours.

In this role you will be managing a site of over 300 units, where your responsibilities will vary from overseeing a team of 10 internal staff including concierge to resident ambassadors whilst being vital in customer experience and managing quality across the site and apartments.
