Description

• Support the development and execution of new product launches, ensuring timely delivery to market.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to align on product goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs within the FMCG sector.
• Assist in preparing product presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate packaging design and production processes in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and propose improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the development process.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the New Product Development team.

Profile

A successful Assistant New Product Development Manager should have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in product development or marketing within the FMCG industry.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• A keen interest in market trends and consumer behaviour.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.]
• UK Drivers Licence is required
• Ability to travel into an office 5 days a week
