Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Deeside
Duration: 6+ months

Hours: 7am to 5 pm Mon - Fri ( hour unpaid lunch)

We are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for an ongoing contract based in Deeside.

Must have 12-24 months experience within the construction sector in the UK.

• Assisting with cost planning and budgeting.

• Delay reports

• Preparing tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.

• Measuring quantities using drawings and specifications.

• Valuing completed work and arranging payments.

• Liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Monitoring project progress and cost variations.

• Performing site visits for inspections and measurements.

• Supporting with the procurement of materials and subcontractors.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of construction methods and legal regulations.

• Teamwork and time management.

• A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• CSCS card required
