We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Resourcing Assistant to join the Schools HR Service team at Sandwell Council on a full-time temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the resourcing requirements across our schools, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Your new role
As a Resource Specialist, you will support the creation of publishing job adverts, preparing applications for hiring managers, setting up interviews and sending invites, issuing conditional offer letters and contracts, and also completing pre-employment checks.If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you. What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have experience within a similar resourcing environment, specifically within schools/education, strong communication, organisation and multi-tasking skills.
