Our client is a newbuild housing developer who are looking for an experienced housing Assistant Site Manager to join their site team for a period of 3 months, where you will be working under the Site Manager, overseeing the snagging of final fix plots.

Your new role

• Snagging
• Coordinating labour teams
• Customer facing
• Maintaining H&S on site

What you'll have:

• Housing experience is essential
• Management experience is essential
• CSCS and SMSTS are a must-have
• Live locally in the Cheshire area
