Assistant Site Manager needed on new build housing site close to Chester. The duties will include assisting the Site Manager with completion of plots / CML, supervision of external works, reviewing RAMS and monitoring health and safety on site.

Requirements:

- SMSTS, CSCS

- Track record of Health and Safety

- IT & software Literacy

- 3 Years experience on House building sites
