An opportunity has arisen at the Broughton Plant for an Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a Senior Leader and their wider team. This is a dynamic and varied role that will suit someone highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will engage with a wide network of internal and external stakeholders, offering exposure to a broad range of topics across UK and European sites. A flexible and collaborative approach is essential due to the nature of the workload, which can be both reactive and time sensitive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full diary management and coordination of meetings
• Providing administrative and logistical support to the senior leadership team
• Ad-hoc project and event support as required
• Supporting the planning and execution of internal and external communications

Required Experience:
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with clarity and consistency
• Confident user of Google Suite tools (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
• Flexible, resilient, and positive mindset with a proactive work ethic
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a wider team
• Willingness to build and maintain professional relationships across multi-site teams in the UK & Europe
• Embraces digital tools and continuous improvement
