Atlassian Application Consultant SC Clearance Required
Location: Telford (SC Clearance Required)

Role Overview:
An experienced Atlassian Consultant responsible for delivering collaborative, agile business solutions using Atlassian tools and related technologies. The role combines both business acumen and technical expertise to help organisations improve efficiency, workflows, and team collaboration.

Core Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business outcomes and deliver tailored Atlassian-based solutions.

• Lead and support solution design, prototyping, delivery, and ongoing support in agile environments.

• Conduct technical assessments, health checks, upgrades, migrations, and consolidations across Jira and Confluence.

• Configure custom workflows, dashboards, SLAs, and automation within Jira Service Management.

• Provide end-to-end support for Atlassian Cloud Migrations and integration with third-party applications.

• Facilitate agile best practices including Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps principles.

• Support business case development and contribute to tender responses when required.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Atlassian Tools: Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management

• Migration & Administration: Cloud migrations, technical assessments, instance health checks

• Configuration: Custom fields, workflows, dashboards, SLA automation

• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile (SAFe), CI/CD, DevOps, ITIL

• Desirable: API/scripting for integrations, business process mapping, pre-sales/tender contribution

Certifications:

• Atlassian Certifications (including Cloud Migration Accreditation)
