Location: Hybrid working - Glasgow The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Atlassian Engineering, with the following skills and experience: Proven experience in administering, configuring, and supporting Atlassian Data Center, specifically Jira and Confluence. Experience in L2/L3 incident resolution for production systems. Ability to lead the execution of non-production and production changes under approved change records. Proficient in JVM tuning and index management. In-depth knowledge of Jira Service Management and Confluence, including configuration and workflow modifications. Experience with upgrading Atlassian Data Center configurations and maintaining resilient infrastructure. Familiarity with Atlassian architecture, focusing on Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, along with a thorough understanding of modular workflows, permission schemes, and notification schemes.Experience working in public sector or defence secure environments.
