As an Attendance Officer, you'll:
? Offer compassionate support to students with SEN (ASD, SEMH, MLD, or SLD) and their families
? Track attendance trends and create tailored strategies to boost engagement (including home visits)
? Analyze data and manage legal attendance processes
? Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to champion student success

? Experience - At least 1 year supporting SEN/SEND students
? Safeguarding Insight - Strong awareness of child protection and attendance policies
? DBS Check - Enhanced (registered or willing to obtain)
? Eligibility - Right to work in the UK & two professional references
? Mobility - Must hold a valid UK driver's license
