Butler Rose Public Practice is excited to support our client, a well-established and reputable mid-tier accounting firm based on the outskirts of Wolverhampton, in their search for an Audit Senior to join their rapidly growing audit team. This opportunity is perfect for someone studying towards their ACA qualifications and looking to join a thriving audit team.

Role Requirements -

• Participate in audit assignments at client locations, providing assistance as needed.
• Prepare statutory accounts and client accounts for partnerships and limited companies, as well as tax calculations.
• Prepare trial balance accounts, asset and liability balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.
• Draft reports on systems, controls, client business matters, and financial statements.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring appropriate manager or supervisor oversight.

Personal Requirements -

• At least 1 year of practice accounting experience as a Semi-Senior or Trainee Accountant.
• Ideally studying towards or eager to study ACA qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in liaising with clients.
• Willing to train Juniors.
