The role of Test Administrator (Electrical Test) offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of automotive excellence, providing crucial support to the Electrical Test Services team.

What You Will Do:

• Provide administration support including writing up reports, collating data, and logging Risk Assessments.
• Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks to support the Supervisor and Team Leader.
• Help coordinate team activities, meetings, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding for new starters.
• Manage orders, receipt of goods, and processing of invoices, alongside travel and test equipment calibration support.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and knowledge capture within the department.

What You Will Bring:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• A positive ‘can do’ flexible attitude with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and producing graphs, alongside good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• A good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for report writing & presentation preparation.
• Experience in a busy office environment.
• Experience within an automotive environment is desirable.
