?? About the Role
Shorterm Group are supporting a major aerospace modification project and have a requirement for skilled B1 Licensed Engineers with a current or recent B737NG type rating.

Based at a purpose-built maintenance facility in Birmingham, this is your chance to be involved in a high-profile military conversion program on the B737 platform.

??? Key Duties
- Perform base maintenance and modification tasks on B737NG aircraft
- Certify work in accordance with UK CAA regulations
- Work from technical drawings, job cards, and work packs
- Liaise with supervisors, planners, and quality teams to maintain workflow
- Maintain high standards of safety, documentation, and aircraft integrity

? Who We're Looking For
- Valid UK CAA B1.1 Licence
- B737NG type rating essential
- Strong background in base maintenance and structural mods
- Eligible to work in the UK (passport or visa as proof)
- Able to obtain BPSS clearance
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
