We are currently looking for someone to fill the following vacancy:
Job Title: Band 5 Community Staff Nurse - access to a car and driver's licence, and community nursing experience is essential.
Base: The Fiennes Centre, Banbury – OX16 9BF
Pay Rate: Days - £21.00 per hour Umbrella
Saturdays - £24.00 per hour Umbrella
Sundays/Bank Holidays - £28.00 per hour Umbrella
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Sunday, 08:00-18:30
Contract: ASAP-June 2025

What you will do:

• Delivering high-quality care to community patients, ensuring their health and well-being are always top priorities.
• Manage and administer catheters, including male and female, ensuring correct usage and monitoring.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care, offering support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Operate syringe drivers with precision and care, ensuring accurate medication delivery.
• Conduct wound care and leg dressings, maintaining best practices in hygiene and patient comfort.
• Administer injectable medications such as insulin, managing accurate dosages and patient instruction.
• Handle the administration and management of various medications, prioritising patient safety.
• Oversee the management of drains, including chest and wound, ensuring proper function and cleanliness.
• Apply compression bandaging techniques, providing accurate assessments and effectiveness reviews.
