• Job Title: Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician (Band 5)
• Location: Central London (next to major train station) - NHS Hospital service
• Duration: 4–8 weeks
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Start Date: ASAP, May 2025
• End Date: 4–8 weeks from start date
• Rate of Pay: £20 – £22 per hour (PAYE via Direct Engagement)

Join our client's NHS team as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of NHS patients. In this role, you will:

• carry out medicines reconciliation on hospital wards

• support accurate and timely medication supply

• liaise with multidisciplinary teams to support patient discharges

• ensure patient records and medication documentation are up to date

• contribute to medicines optimisation and safe practice across the ward

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• prior NHS ward-based experience in a similar MMT role

• a current and valid pharmacy technician registration with the GPhC

• strong organisational and communication skills

• ability to work independently and as part of a team

• commitment to high-quality patient care and safety

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
The initial contract is for 4–8 weeks, with potential for extension based on service need.
