Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) Position Available at Carleton Clinic

Carleton Clinic, a leading provider of mental health services, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Band-5 Registered Mental Nurse (Band 5 RMN) to join our dedicated team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medication and monitoring patient responses.
• Providing therapeutic support, including individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to all relevant clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Participating in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid NMC Pin
• A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a mental health setting.
• Proven ability to effectively manage complex patient needs and provide person-centered care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and therapeutic communication.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rates: Day (£26.00) Night/Sat (£32.51) Sun/Bank Hol (£40.89)
