Role: Band 6 RMN – Crisis / Home Treatment Team
Location: Birmingham
Contract: 3-month ongoing contract
Schedule: Long days or nights available, full-time or part-time considered

• Conducting urgent mental health assessments and risk evaluations in the community

• Providing short-term intensive support to service users in acute crisis

• Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to support hospital avoidance or early discharge

• Managing medication regimes and supporting adherence

• Offering person-centred care in line with the Mental Health Act and crisis protocols

• Responding to calls and referrals promptly, prioritising clinical need

• NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

• Prior experience in crisis resolution or home treatment team (CRHTT) settings

• Confident working autonomously and managing complex risk

• Car driver preferred due to community visits (not essential for all shifts)

• Enhanced DBS and mandatory training required (we can assist)

• 3-month contract with potential for extension

• Full-time or part-time hours
