Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and play a key role in supporting individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to early intervention needs
• Support patients and families through psychoeducation and practical advice
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary EIS team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and risk assessments

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid NMC registration and pin
• Experience within Early Intervention or community mental health services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

This flexible position runs Monday to Friday, full-time hours, with the potential for extension based on service needs and performance.
