What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting adults in the community to regain and maintain independence. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise functional outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate, professional clinical records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration
• Previous NHS or community-based experience, ideally with adults
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (car driver essential)
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexibility and requires availability from Monday to Friday, with part-time hours considered. The contract is for 3 months, with strong potential for extension based on service needs.
