Paediatric Community Dietitian – Locum Role (South West London)

Hunter Gatherer AHP is seeking a Band 6 Paediatric Community Dietitian for a locum role based in South West London. This is a 3-month contract with a likelihood of extension, offering flexibility for part-time hours.

Position Overview

• Job Title: Band 6 Paediatric Community Dietitian
• Location: South West London
• Contract Length: 3 months (with likelihood of extension)
• Schedule: 3 days per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: £29 per hour
• Working Pattern: Part-time (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist dietetic care to paediatric patients in the community
• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualised care plans
• Offer evidence-based nutritional interventions for children with varying dietary needs
• Liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams and community healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records

Essential Criteria

• HCPC-registered Dietitian
• Experience in paediatric dietetics essential
• Strong clinical knowledge in nutrition support for children
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
