Role: Band 6 CPN – Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIS)
Location: Birmingham
Contract: 3 months initially
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Rate: £25–£26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering high-quality mental health care within an EIS setting

• Supporting individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis

• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide assessment, care planning and risk management

• Engaging with service users, families, and carers to promote recovery and early intervention

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC)

• Experience in community mental health or EIS preferred

• Ability to manage a caseload and work independently

• Up-to-date compliance (DBS, mandatory training, references)

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

• Initial 3-month contract, likely to extend
