• Location: Somerset (Home Treatment Team)
• Duration: Up to 6 months
• Schedule: 3 long days per week (08:00–20:30) or Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Rate of Pay: £26 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 6 RMN supporting patients in crisis within the community. In this role, you will:
• Carry out holistic assessments, risk assessments, and manage triage
• Provide short-term crisis interventions
• Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Support acutely unwell patients in their own homes
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:
• NMC registration and a valid pin
• Community mental health experience, ideally within crisis or home treatment
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, conscientious approach

This flexible position offers a long-term locum opportunity with a strong chance of extension.
