Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in the Early Intervention Team, supporting individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis. In this role, you will:

• Deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based interventions to service users
• Manage a defined caseload within the CPA framework
• Work in partnership with families, carers, and wider services
• Complete risk assessments and care plans tailored to individual needs
• Support service users in maintaining independence and reducing hospital admissions

• A current and valid NMC registration and pin
• Experience working with early intervention or psychosis cases
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Commitment to person-centred, recovery-based practice

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a minimum 3-month duration and strong potential for extension depending on service needs and performance.
