What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' occupational therapy needs within the mental health spectrum.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate therapeutic interventions alongside a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide tailored support to patients, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
• Liaise with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and support for the patients.
• Document and maintain accurate records of patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to address changing needs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist within a mental health setting.
• HCPC registration essential.
• NHS experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Being a car driver is advantageous for this role but not essential.
