Join a supportive Community Rehab Team as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist. In this role, you will:

• Independently assess, treat, and plan discharges for a diverse caseload

• Order and reason equipment based on clinical needs

• Use recognised outcome measures to guide care

• Hold family meetings and contribute to MDT planning

• Deliver goal-oriented, evidence-based rehabilitation in a community setting

You’ll play a vital role in improving patients’ independence and quality of life while working within a multidisciplinary framework.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist

• Previous experience in community rehab (desirable)

• Confident clinical reasoning and equipment ordering skills

• Strong communication and assessment abilities

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility where needed. The contract is ongoing, with a strong chance of extension based on performance and service needs.
