• Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6-8b)
• Location: NHS Hospital, Nottingham
• Duration: 3-6 months locum contract
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Start Date: ASAP, April 2025
• End Date: Ongoing
• Rate of Pay: £25 - £43 per hour (via Umbrella), depending on experience & banding

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient outcomes across medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:
? Provide expert clinical pharmacy support to hospital wards
? Conduct medication reviews and optimise treatment plans
? Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe prescribing
? Offer specialist advice on complex cases and medicine management
? Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with NHS guidelines

To be successful in this role, you will need:
? GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
? Prior NHS hospital experience (essential)
? Experience in medical & surgical ward cover
? Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
? Ability to work effectively within a hospital setting

This locum role requires full-time availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
