Hours: 37.5 hours

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 9.00-5.00pm

Pay Rates - Day: £27.01

Responsibilities of this job role:

• Liaise with the CMHT and coordinate care as may be appropriate for clients

• Operate as the Lead Professional for the clients on their caseload and deliver expert

assessments (including risk assessments), formulations and psychological treatments

• Work within evidence-based frameworks and the principles of recovery to support clients

and reduce dependence on secondary care mental health services

• Provide support to Staff within the IPT and the CMHT and participate in clinical quality

assurance and learning programmes

• Be aware of and keep updated on research and advances in psychological therapies

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

• Qualification in Mental Health Nursing
• HCPC registration mandatory
• Effective and competent interpersonal, influencing, communication, observation and reporting skills
• Candidate should be able to drive and own a car for work purposes.
