Band 7 Pharmacist - North London - Rehab wards - 6 months!

• Job Title: Band 7 Locum Pharmacist
• Location: North London - NHS Hospital
• Duration: 3–6 months (possibility to extend)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (30-minute lunch)
• Start Date: April 2025
• Rate of Pay: £28 - £31 per hour (umbrella), depending on experience

Join our team as a Band 7 Pharmacist and play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a rehabilitation ward setting. In this role, you will:

• Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical pharmacy services
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Provide expert advice on medication management and best practices
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and NHS regulations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
• Prior experience in a hospital or ward-based setting (rehabilitation experience desirable)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• A commitment to delivering safe and effective patient care

This locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3–6 months, with the potential to progress to Band 8a after six months.
