• Job Title: Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist
• Location: Coventry - NHS Hospital
• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week, 9am – 5pm (30-minute lunch)
• Start Date: ASAP, August 2025
• End Date: 3 months from start date
• Rate of Pay: £28 – £37 per hour (via Umbrella)

Join our NHS client's team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting NHS hospital wards. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments

• create and implement personalised care plans

• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across medical and surgical wards

• maintain accurate patient records

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration

• NHS experience in clinical ward settings (medical and/or surgical wards)

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

This role offers a flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday. The contract runs for 3 months, with potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
