Banksman / Traffic Marshal

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:15pm
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour

Overtime rate: £20.25 per hour
Location:Honiton area (Devon) EX14 - must have own transport due to the location. (Dunkeswell)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal to join the team at a busy food supplement company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely marshal and manage traffic movements across our site
• Communicate effectively with forklift operators, drivers, and other site personnel
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures
• Assist with general site duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds formal Banksman training or demonstrable previous experience
• Highly safety conscious and attentive to detail
• Able to work reliably and independently
• Good communication skills and a team player.
