BA/PM

A leading global financial institution is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) contractor for a hybrid role combining business analysis (70%) and project management (30%). The successful candidate will support strategic initiatives, drive change, and manage stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis to support implementation and change initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate project tasks independently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Facilitate and lead working group sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Align project activities with internal risk and control frameworks.

Essential Criteria

• Proven experience in a hybrid PM/BA role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on implementation and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and lead working sessions.
• Experience working on risk/control projects is highly desirable.
• Background in Markets or Banking is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
