About the Role:You’ll be welcoming guests, serving drinks with a smile, and creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all. Whether it's pouring the perfect pint or recommending a favourite local gin, you'll ensure every guest has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a warm and professional manner
  
  
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
  
  
• Take orders, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions
  
  
• Support the wider front-of-house team during busy periods

• Previous bar or customer service experience preferred
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Friendly, positive attitude and team spirit
  
  
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
