BD Assistant - International Law Firm - 12m FTC

Title: Business Development Assistant
Location: London | Full-Time | Global Law Firm

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Business Development Assistant to join one of our dynamic, international law firm clients on a 12m FTC at their London office. The main purpose of this position will be to support strategic initiatives and project execution across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pitches, proposals, and RFPs
• Maintain experience databases and reporting tools
• Collaborate with lawyers and cross-functional teams
• Support multiple projects under tight deadlines

The Ideal Candidate:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A strong communicator with excellent writing and proofreading skills
• A team player with at least 1 year of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree
