Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on behaviour management strategies across Years 7-13.
• Act as the first point of contact for behavioural incidents and referrals.
• Mentor students to improve engagement and conduct.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support student welfare.
• Administer interventions, detentions, and pastoral tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate records using systems like SIMS and CPOMS.
• Support safeguarding procedures alongside the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Promote high standards of attendance and punctuality.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in behaviour management within a school or educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in handling behavioural challenges and promoting restorative practices.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
• Familiarity with school systems such as SIMS and CPOMS (training provided).
• A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing.
