Job Description - Behaviour Mentor

Behaviour Mentor - Primary School - September Start

Location: West Ealing, London
Pay: £100 - £120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, September Start

Long Term Futures is partnering with a primary school in West Ealing to find a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for supporting children with behavioural challenges and making a positive impact on their educational journey.

The Role:
  • Support children with behavioural challenges in the classroom and during school activities.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies and work with teachers to develop tailored plans.
  • Provide one-on-one support or group interventions to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
  • Team Teach trained or willing to complete the necessary training to support students effectively.
  • Monitor and track students' progress, working with staff to ensure their emotional and behavioural needs are met.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Someone with experience in working with children, preferably in a behaviour support role (experience in a school setting is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of behavioural strategies and a genuine interest in working with children with additional needs.
  • Team Teach trained or willing to complete the necessary training.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, patient, and adaptable individual who is passionate about supporting students in their educational journey.
