Behaviour Mentor - £130 to £150 per day - Full Time - ASAP Start

We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Bushey that is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role, offered on a long-term basis, with a daily rate of £130 to £150 depending on experience.

The Role:

• Provide consistent and visible behaviour support across the school.

• Support students who are struggling to meet expectations around conduct and engagement.

• Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral leads, and senior leadership to develop tailored interventions.

• Monitor pupil behaviour trends and contribute to strategies that improve pupil attendance and reduce exclusions.

• Play a key role in reintegration meetings, restorative conversations, and pupil mentoring.
